A new business centre with a total area of some 100 thousand m2 is to be built on the former site of an old industrial enterprise located in the centre of Yekaterinburg (the address is 8 Lenin Street). The premises of the plant were purchased by Renova StroyGroup at the beginning of 2006. At present, the plant shops are being transferred to the outskirts of the city.

Removal of the plant from the city and construction of a new business centre on its site are in line with the Master Plan of Yekaterinburg’s development that envisions gradual removal of industrial enterprises to the city suburbs as well as re-development and rational use of central areas. At the same time, the transferal was one of the stages of the plant’s restructuring. Having sold the land plot and some of the administrative premises, the management invested in modern equipment, improvement of working conditions and design of new production lines meeting all technological and ecological standards.

The new business centre will have several functions - apart from top quality office premises, it will offer its clients a whole range of business services. This scheme developed in co-operation with leading international consulting companies will revolutionize the regional commercial real estate market.

The business centre will be favourably located in the centre of Yekaterinburg and offer its clients, alongside with office premises, comfortable parking lots (both surface and underground), hotel accommodation, modern security systems etc. The centre will be equipped with central conditioning and fire alarm system.

Like other large scale projects of the RENOVA Group, this one will also contribute to the social, economic, cultural and ecological development of Yekaterinburg as a place where enterprises of the Group are located.
